Màn hình và Giao diện người dùng: Màn hình màu 5-inch với độ phân giải cao (800 x 480 pixel) dạng màn hình rộng (widescreen). Khác với các dòng màn hình đen trắng cũ, màn hình màu giúp việc điều hướng menu, xem danh bạ và trạng thái cuộc gọi trực quan hơn rất nhiều. Trang bị 5 phím line có thể lập trình (programmable line keys). Bạn có thể cấu hình các phím này để hỗ trợ nhiều số điện thoại hoặc các tính năng gọi nhanh (speed dial).

Tính năng Cisco Intelligent Proximity: CP-8851-K9 tích hợp công nghệ Cisco Intelligent Proximity. Nó cho phép bạn kết nối điện thoại di động (smartphone) với điện thoại bàn qua Bluetooth.
